Description

The hall is located on the first floor of the hotel building. It is distinguished by a cozy atmosphere with soft color transitions and mirror paintings on the walls, several levels of illumination. Suitable for business events with a small number of participants, it is equipped with a TV panel, air conditioning and two exits to the balcony.

The cost and conditions for the provision of the hall:

Minimum order 4 hours.

The cost is 1250 rubles per hour. The cost of each subsequent hour is 700 rubles.

Included in the price:

  • a set of furniture according to the seating plan for guests;
  • table for the presidium;
  • 1 flipchart;
  • 1 TV-panel with the ability to connect a laptop.

Provision of equipment for use for an additional fee:

  • flipchart paper 10 sheets - 300 rubles;
  • set of markers (3 colors) - 200 rubles / day;
  • mineral water with / without gas in a plastic bottle - 50 rubles / piece.

Organization of meals for conference participants:

  • coffee breaks: from 200 to 500 rubles / person;
  • business lunches from 450 to 800 rubles per person;

The cost of service by waiters is 10% of the order amount for the menu.
